Couriers
DPD International tracking lets you follow cross-border parcels in real time using your parcel number. DPD offers Classic (road network across Europe) and Express (global air network to 200+ countries). Track on the DPD site with your 14-digit number or on Ship24 for cross-courier visibility.

Enter the same number on Ship24 to see updates across couriers. This is helpful if DPD hands the parcel to a partner such as USPS, Royal Mail, or FedEx in the destination country.
| Service | Coverage | Typical timeframe |
|---|---|---|
| DPD Classic | Europe (road) | 1–6 working days by route |
| DPD International Express | EU (air) | Overnight to 2 working days |
| DPD International Express | Worldwide (air) | 2–8 working days typical; longer if customs requires checks |
Transit varies by route and service. Classic road deliveries within Europe usually take 1–6 working days. Express air services within the EU are often overnight, while global routes may take 2–8 working days plus customs clearance.
Customs clearance is required for non-EU shipments and can add delays. The tracking page will show “At customs” or “Awaiting paperwork.” Provide documents or fees if requested, then tracking resumes once cleared.
Tracking requires the parcel number. Some local sites allow reference + postcode searches. If you don’t have the number, ask the sender or check your order page; tracking by name only is not supported.
Yes. In many countries outside DPD’s own network, parcels are delivered by partners such as USPS in the US or Canada Post in Canada. The tracking number remains valid across carriers.
It may be waiting for customs or a line-haul scan. Check again after one to two working days. If the status does not change, contact DPD with your parcel number for support.
