Track DPD Austria parcels on myDPD or dpd.at with your 14-digit parcel number. If you missed the driver, use the PIN on the card to look up and redirect the parcel. You can also track on Ship24 with the same number.

DPD runs a wide Pickup network in Austria. Use the shop finder to locate the nearest shop or locker and check opening hours. myDPD lists 3,200+ Pickup points across the country, and you can save a favourite shop for deliveries.
If you weren’t home, DPD leaves a parcel information card (or sends it electronically). Use the PIN on that notice in myDPD to redirect. DPD Austria makes up to three delivery attempts before returning the parcel.
Open myDPD or dpd.at and enter your 14-digit parcel number. If you missed the driver, you can also use the PIN from the parcel information card to look up and manage the delivery.
It’s a code printed on the notice left by the driver. Use it on myDPD or dpd.at to view status and choose options like a new day, different address, or Pickup.
From the time DPD receives the parcel from the sender, delivery within Austria is usually completed within one working day.
Up to three attempts are included before a return is started.
Yes. In myDPD you can change the day or address, select a neighbour, give a deposit okay, or route to a Pickup shop or locker (where offered).
Predict sends a time window (often 4 hours). On the day of delivery, myDPD live tracking updates and can narrow the window to around 30 minutes.
Use the Pickup finder on DPD to search by postcode or address. Austria has more than 3,200 Pickup locations.
Use the PIN from the notice to reschedule or redirect in myDPD. DPD Austria will try again up to three times.
