Delivery timing

  • Domestic: after receipt from the sender, delivery in Austria is usually within one working day.
  • Cross-border: timing depends on route and service; use tracking and any delivery-time tools on the local site for a lane-specific estimate.

Missed delivery

If you weren’t home, DPD leaves a parcel information card (or sends it electronically). Use the PIN on that notice in myDPD to redirect. DPD Austria makes up to three delivery attempts before returning the parcel.
