Track DPD France parcels on the official page by entering your numéro de colis (parcel number) or your numéro d’avis de passage. You can also reschedule delivery from the same area or in myDPD.

Not at home? Use myDPD or the tracking link to choose a new day/place, or route to a Pickup point or DPD agency. You can start changes with your parcel number or your delivery notice number.
DPD France delivers to the Pickup network operated by La Poste Group brands. The Pickup site lists 17,000+ points in France; DPD France pages reference 10,000+ Pickup relays for deliveries. Use the locator to find one near you.

Enter your numéro de colis (parcel number). If you received a delivery notice, you can also use the numéro d’avis de passage. Some flows accept the Predict SMS code to open the tracking page.
Yes. From the tracking page or the myDPD app you can choose a new day, switch to a Pickup point or DPD agency, select a neighbour, or give a safe-place instruction when available.
With Predict, DPD France sends a time slot by SMS/email. On delivery day, the window can narrow as the driver approaches.

Domestic timing depends on the route and service. Check the planned day shown on your tracking page. Pickup relay deliveries can have a different range than home delivery.
Yes. Choose a Pickup point at checkout or redirect there from your tracking link. Use the locator to find a nearby relay and check opening hours.
Events may appear after the first depot scan or after a weekend/holiday. For cross-border shipments, customs can add time. Check again later; if nothing changes for several days, contact DPD France with your number.
Some flows allow a reference lookup. If the page returns “numéro de colis inconnu,” verify the format or try the notice/reference path offered on the site.
En cours de livraison means the driver has your parcel. Livré en relais Pickup means it is ready for collection at the chosen relay; bring the code from your message and an ID if requested.
