Delivery times (Hungary & EU)

  • Domestic (Hungary): next-business-day delivery attempt is guaranteed.
  • EU (Classic): typical transit shown in the DPD transit-time calculator; many lanes deliver within 1–6 working days.

Pickup parcelshops & depots

  • Send or collect at DPD Pickup parcelshops nationwide (parcels up to 20 kg).
  • From a Pickup parcelshop you can also send to EU countries via DPD Classic.
  • Missed both attempts? Collect from the assigned DPD depot within 5 working days.

Missed delivery & changing options

  • Second delivery attempt is included (exceptions may apply at peak times).
  • On the morning of delivery you get a Predict message with a 1-hour slot and a secure code to move the delivery day (up to 5 banking days).
  • You can change the delivery day and address once online at no extra cost.
