Check timings for your route

Transit depends on origin–destination and the road schedule. Use the delivery time calculator on your local DPD site to see the planned day for your lane. This is the most accurate way to confirm Classic timings for a specific route.

Change delivery on the way

When available, you can switch to a different day, choose a safe place or neighbor, or redirect to a Pickup shop/locker directly from the tracking link or app. In some countries, live tracking narrows the arrival to a short time window on the day of delivery.

Classic vs Home vs Air/Express

  • Classic: road service across Europe with day-definite delivery and live tracking.
  • Home: consumer-focused option; similar road network with features such as Predict for recipients.
  • Air Classic / Express: air services for faster or long-distance routes; timing and availability vary by country.

Quick fixes if tracking is blank

  • Re-enter the number without spaces; most Classic labels use 14 digits.
  • Try again after the first depot scan; labels created early may show no events yet.
  • Use the local form that accepts reference + postcode if the parcel number is missing on your receipt.
