How to track a DPD Poland parcel

  1. Open mojapaczka.dpd.com.pl or the tracking page on dpd.com/pl.
  2. Enter the 14-digit parcel number (no spaces). If you have a PIN from a notice, use the PIN field.
  3. View status, planned delivery day, and (on the day) live courier location on the map.

Manage delivery (Poland)

From the tracking link or the “Zarządzaj przesyłką” page you can:

  • Change the day or time of delivery (where available).
  • Update the address or redirect to a DPD Pickup point / parcel locker.
  • Cancel the delivery request (for shippers).

DPD Pickup in Poland

DPD Poland operates a large Pickup network (33,000+ points and lockers). Use the locator to choose a nearby point, check opening hours, or send a parcel point-to-point.

Delivery times

  • Domestic: couriers deliver on working days, typically between 08:00–18:00. Saturday service can be available as an extra.
  • Cross-border: use the lead-time calculator on dpd.com/pl to see a lane-specific estimate across Europe.

Track on Ship24

  1. Go to Ship24 and paste the same DPD number.
  2. See scans across partner carriers if the parcel is handed over outside Poland.

Troubleshooting

  • Number not found: re-enter digits with no spaces and confirm you’re on the Polish tracker. If you have a PIN, try that lookup.
  • No events yet: labels created early appear after the first depot scan—check again later.
  • Missed delivery: use the link in your message or the mojapaczka page to pick a new day, time, or Pickup point.

Safety tip

Beware of fake texts/emails about fees. Open dpd.com/pl manually and check your number there. DPD Poland publishes guidance on spotting scam messages.
