Ship24’s tracking API is designed for eCommerce platforms, logistics providers, marketplaces, and developers needing scalable and fast global shipment tracking.
If you track more shipments than your plan includes during a billing cycle, you’ll be charged a small overage fee for each additional shipment. The overage charges will be added to your next invoice.
Don't worry, it's perfectly fine to go over your plan, but if you consistently exceed your plan's limit by a large amount, you may want to consider upgrading.

Yes. If you cancel your plan from your dashboard, it will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You’ll still have access until then and may be billed for any overages that occur before the cycle ends.

Our Tracking API per-call allows you to request the latest shipment tracking information from the couriers at each API call. You must send a request each time you want an update, whether new tracking data is available or not, and each call is billed separately.
Each API call fetches data from couriers in real time, making it slower and reliant on the courier's system availability. It also does not provide automatic updates and therefore is best suited for occasional, one-time lookups.
For continuous and reliable tracking with automatic updates and at a lower overall cost, we strongly recommend using our Tracking API per-shipment instead.
