You can check a Walmart order’s status in two quick ways: from your Walmart account (Purchase history) or by using the tracking number on Ship24. If the order was placed with a Marketplace seller, the tracking number they add in Seller Center will appear in your order details once the carrier records the first scan.

Walmart’s help center confirms that tracking is available from your account and that you can open the order to view Track shipment. Ship24 lets you view the same number across supported carriers when a parcel moves during transit.
From your Walmart account, you only need to open Purchase history. If you’re tracking on Ship24, enter the tracking number shown in your shipping email or in the order details. If tracking does not load yet, try again later — numbers usually activate after the first carrier scan.
For Walmart Marketplace orders, sellers must add a valid carrier and tracking number after they ship. Walmart’s policy requires valid tracking on nearly all shipments. Sellers can correct a number for a short time after marking an order as shipped, or until the first carrier scan appears in Walmart’s system. Once the scan is received, you’ll see updates in your order and can paste the same number into Ship24 for a unified view.
Availability depends on the item, address, and seller. Final dates and any fees appear in your cart before you place the order.
In eligible areas, Walmart offers Express delivery with arrival in as little as 1 hour. An Express add-on fee applies on top of regular delivery charges, and exact timing depends on your store and inventory. You can track Express orders in the Walmart app once they’re on the way.
First, open your order in Purchase history to see the latest scan. If your order shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, or it’s late by a couple of days past the window, contact Walmart support from the help center. Share your order number and delivery address so they can investigate.
Yes. Open Account → Purchase history on Walmart.com or in the app and select your order to view status. If a tracking number later appears, you can paste it on Ship24 for carrier updates.
New numbers often activate after the first carrier scan, which can take 24–48 hours. Check again later or view the order in Purchase history. If there is no movement a few days past the window, contact Walmart support.
Sellers add a carrier and tracking number after they ship. You’ll see it in your order once the first scan is recorded. Use the same number on Ship24 to view scans from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional couriers in one place.
Express orders appear in your Walmart account and app once they’re on the way. Arrival can be as fast as about an hour where offered, and an add-on fee applies. Timing depends on store capacity and inventory.
Check all delivery spots and ask other household members. Then review the order in Purchase history for the last scan. If you still can’t find it, contact Walmart support with your order number and address.
