What is the Shipment Tracking Dashboard?

The Shipment Tracking Dashboard is a tool that enables you to easily monitor the progress of your packages and shipments in a visually appealing way. It offers a user-friendly interface that allows you to track deliveries from over 1,500 different couriers with just one click.

This centralized platform allows you to keep track of all your deliveries in one place, providing you with the ability to view tracking updates, access detailed tracking event history, filter and sort your shipments by various criteria such as tracking status, courier name, origin and destination countries, add a few or thousands of shipments with a single copy-paste or even import large numbers of shipments at a time using CSV files.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Stripe to handle all transactions on our website.

Can I track more shipments than my plan allows?

Tracking more shipments that your plan allows depends on the plan that you have acquired. For the Free or Essential plan, you are only limited to tracking what your plan allows you to do per month.

However, with the Business plan, you can track over the limit of shipments given but overages per shipment will be applied.

Don't worry, it's perfectly fine to go over your Pro plan, but if you consistently exceed your plan's limit by a large amount, you may want to consider upgrading.

Is there a free plan for the Shipment Tracking Dashboard?

Yes, a free plan for the Shipment Tracking Dashboard is available. Subscribing to the Free plan entitles you to track 3 shipments per month.

There are also the Essential Plan and Business Plan, allowing you to track 25 shipments for $3.99 per month and up to 50,000 shipments for as low as $9.00 per month, respectively.

You can also subscribe to an Enterprise plan for advanced features and volumes. Contact our support team to get started.

How do I know I will go over my plan?

If you exceed your plan's usage limits, you will receive an email notification as well as an information warning pop-up within the user interface (UI) of the Shipment Tracking Dashboard.

This will alert you that you are approaching or have exceeded your usage limit, so you can take action to continue your plan or upgrade it.

Can I downgrade/upgrade my plan?

Yes, you can downgrade or upgrade your plan at any time. Regardless of whether you choose to downgrade or upgrade your plan, your new plan will take effect immediately.

When you downgrade your plan, your current plan will be cancelled automatically and your new plan will take effect right away without any service interruptions.

When you upgrade to a new plan, your existing plan will be cancelled automatically and any unused quotas from the old plan will be converted into credit. These credits will then be deducted from the total payment due for the new plan.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Certainly! If you choose to cancel your plan from your dashboard, the cancellation will be effective at the end of your current monthly billing cycle.

You can still use your current plan until the end of your current monthly billing cycle but may be charged for any overages if any.

Can I switch from the Shipment Tracking Dashboard plan to the Tracking API & Webhook plan?

Yes, you can. The Shipment Tracking Dashboard and Tracking API & Webhook (Per-shipment plan) are two plans that are incompatible with each other.

You’ll have two options when you want to switch subscriptions from the Shipment Tracking Dashboard plan to the Tracking API & Webhook plan.

The first option is to cancel your existing plan normally, wait until your monthly billing cycle ends, and then subscribe to the plan you want.

The second option is available when the system detects that you have an incompatible plan and thus, requires you to cancel your current plan immediately before taking a new plan.

Before you switch from an incompatible plan, a message will be shown at the top of the “Continue” button. Click on “Cancel your current plan”, and a pop-up message will be shown to confirm that you want to cancel your current plan.

Keep in mind that when you click on “Cancel Now,” you will lose any remaining quota on your current plan and your new plan will come into effect.
