How is the pick-up service working ?
Currently, Ship24 can pick up your parcel in Beijing. After getting your order, our agents will call you back shortly (in Chinese) to schedule a pick-up time with you. Please make sure your pick-up address is within Beijing. If you have any doubts, please contact us first. Ship24 won’t be able to ship your parcel if you are not covered by the pick-up service. Ship24 assigns a local partner for the parcel pick-up.
What should I do after I placed my order?
After the payment of your order on ship24.com, you will receive a confirmation email, including a label for your parcel. This label must be printed and stuck on your parcel before the pick-up.
How should I stick the label on my parcel?

There are 4 key points to respect so we can accept and ship your parcel:

  1. Download and print the PDF you received in the confirmation email from Ship24 on standard A4 paper.
  2. Cut the printed sheet in half along the dotted line (the label itself is on the left side).
  3. Make sure the recipient’s information on the label is correct and that you stick the label on the good parcel.
  4. Find a flat surface on the outside of the parcel to stick the label on.
  5. Use large adhesive tape on the 4 edges of the label to stick the label on the parcel. Do not cover the label information or barcode with the tape.
  6. Please make sure there is no other label or barcode on your parcel.
  7. When the local courier comes to pick up the parcel, make sure he doesn’t stick any other label on top of your destination label that you just stuck

Your parcel is ready to go!

What can I send? Are there any limitations?

There are 3 key points to respect so we can accept and ship your parcel:

  1. The declared value of your parcel should not exceed the maximum defined for the destination country, for example, 22€ for European countries. Please refer to the general conditions to check the limit per country. The declared value of your parcel is the total value of the items inside your parcel.
  2. Your parcel weight should not exceed 2000 grams (including packaging and labels) and its shape and dimension should respect the general conditions.
  3. Some specific items are prohibited like batteries and liquid. Please check the prohibited goods list in detailed conditions.
What will happen if the items are worth more than the value I declared?
Even though the risks are very low, your parcel may be blocked when arriving at the destination country and the receiver may have to pay import taxes. Ship24 is not taking responsibility in case of misdeclared value or if the destination’s customs decide the parcel is subject to duties.
How long will the delivery take?
Once picked-up, the delivery time is 8 days on average. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the transit time of parcels can be longer than usual.
How can I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel directly on ship24 website by entering the tracking number you received by email. You can also use Ship24 to track any parcel from DHL, Fedex, etc.
Why is the service so cheap and fast?
Parcel shipping is an industry that has not experienced any major innovation for decades. At Ship24, we’re using the latest big data and artificial intelligence algorithms to optimize in real-time the speed and cost of parcels’ delivery. Our superior technological approach in the domain of cross-border logistics enables us to pass those cost savings onto the customers. We also ensure that your parcel creates the least carbon footprint during its journey.
Is Ship24 “Ship from China” service faster than DHL or UPS?
During the Covid-19 times, it is true that Ship24 service has been frequently faster than international express couriers like DHL or UPS. While the speed between Ship24 and those services can be similar, Ship24 is truly focused on making it easy and affordable to send parcels across borders. The price between Ship24 and traditional international express couriers has a difference factor of 3~4 times in favor of Ship24.
Can Ship24 be used to send documents?
Ship24 is specialized in shipping parcels. Ship24 can also ship letters even though the price might not be attractive compared to standard postal services. However, we recommend using express companies (like DHL, FedEx or UPS) which specialty is to send important documents with a guaranteed delivery time.
