A SpeedX tracking number is the code that links your parcel to its tracking events. You use this number to look up the latest delivery updates for orders handled by SpeedX, including many shipments from SHEIN and Temu, on both the SpeedX tracking page and Ship24.

SpeedXEvery parcel that moves through SpeedX is assigned a tracking number when the label is created. This number stays tied to the shipment from the time the merchant prepares the package until the last delivery scan. The same code can be used across several tracking tools that support SpeedX, so you can follow one shipment without needing separate IDs.
SpeedX tracking numbers always start with the letters SPX. After this prefix, the rest of the code is made up of letters and digits. For many eCommerce parcels, especially from platforms such as SHEIN and Temu, the tracking number usually has 18 characters in total, with “SPX” followed by 15 digits. Some shipments may include a short alphanumeric segment after the prefix and then a block of numbers.
You can enter the entire code exactly as shown in your order details. Most tracking tools accept the number whether you type the prefix in upper or lower case, as long as all characters are correct.
SpeedX normally does not send the tracking number directly to you. Instead, it is shared by the shop or marketplace where you placed your order. You can usually find it in one of the following places:
If you cannot locate your tracking number, contact the retailer or marketplace support. They can confirm whether SpeedX is handling your order and resend the correct tracking details.
There are sevel ways on how you can use your SpeedX tracking number.
Ship24 lets you track SpeedX shipments and many other couriers in one interface. This is helpful for cross-border orders that may pass through several carriers before SpeedX manages the last part of delivery.
You can use the same SpeedX tracking number on Ship24 for orders from SHEIN, Temu, and other online retailers that use SpeedX as a last mile partner.
You can also use your tracking number on the official SpeedX tracking page.
The SpeedX tracking page usually shows events that occur once the parcel is in the SpeedX network, such as arrival at a facility, movement between hubs, delivery attempts, and final delivery scans.
Here are some questions on why your SpeedX tracking number is not working.
Tracking updates are not always instant. After the label is created, there can be a gap before the first scan appears. Later in the journey, the parcel may move between facilities without every step being shown in real time. If your tracking has not changed for several working days, check the order page on SHEIN or Temu, then contact the merchant or SpeedX support for help.
An error message usually appears when the number is entered incorrectly or the parcel has not yet been added to the tracking system. Make sure the code starts with “SPX” and that you have included all letters and digits with no spaces. If the error continues, confirm the tracking number with the retailer and try again later.
Yes. You can still search for your SpeedX tracking number on Ship24 or the SpeedX tracking page even if you live in another country. For many international orders, SpeedX delivers to a forwarding address or warehouse in the United States, and a different carrier then moves the parcel to your country under a new tracking number. In those cases, you may need to follow both numbers to see the complete journey.
If you no longer have your SpeedX tracking number, start by checking your order history on the shop or marketplace where you placed the order, as well as any shipping emails or SMS messages. If you still cannot find it, contact the seller or platform support and ask them to resend your shipping details, including the SpeedX tracking number if it is the carrier used for your parcel.
