ProFlowers tracking depends on how your order is delivered. Local florist deliveries can be checked through ProFlowers using your order number and the recipient’s last name. Orders shipped by UPS, FedEx, or another national carrier can be followed using the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email.
If your order includes a courier tracking number, enter it in the tracking field above to view its latest shipping updates with Ship24.
| Delivery method | How to check it | Information needed |
|---|---|---|
| Local florist delivery | Use ProFlowers order-status form | Order or suborder number and recipient’s last name |
| UPS, FedEx, or another carrier | Use shipment confirmation link or Ship24 | Courier tracking number |

Start by checking whether your order is being delivered by a local florist or shipped as a package. The correct tracking method will depend on the delivery type.
Your order number is included in the confirmation email sent after checkout. You may also find it by signing in to your ProFlowers account and opening your order history.
Local florist deliveries may not provide the same scan-by-scan updates as courier shipments. Real-time tracking can also be unavailable for florist deliveries during peak holiday weeks. ProFlowers sends a delivery confirmation email after its florist or delivery partner reports that the order has been delivered.
Some flowers, plants, and specialty gifts are shipped through UPS, FedEx, or another carrier. When this applies, ProFlowers sends a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can follow a carrier shipment by opening that link or entering its tracking number in Ship24:
Depending on the courier shown in your shipment email, you can also use UPS tracking or FedEx tracking to check your package.
Your ProFlowers order or suborder number can usually be found in:
An order number and a courier tracking number serve different purposes. ProFlowers uses your order number to identify the purchase, while a courier uses a tracking number to follow a package through its delivery network.
For more information, read Ship24’s guide explaining how order numbers and tracking numbers differ.
ProFlowers uses local partner florists for many fresh flower and plant deliveries. Other products may be packed and shipped through a national carrier. The delivery method may depend on the item, destination, and delivery date selected during checkout.
In most areas of the United States and Canada, eligible orders placed as late as 2 p.m. in the recipient’s time zone may qualify for same-day delivery. Earlier cutoff times can apply in some locations, on weekends, or during holidays.
ProFlowers does not guarantee an exact delivery time. Its standard florist delivery windows are:
If a residential recipient is unavailable, the florist may leave the arrangement in a suitable location or attempt delivery again the following day. Florists may also contact recipients to arrange delivery.
Products sent through UPS, FedEx, or another carrier are currently available for delivery within the United States. Delivery is available for most eligible products from Monday through Saturday, with limited Sunday service during selected holidays.
A signature may not always be required. If no one is available, the carrier may leave the package at the delivery address when it is safe to do so. Carrier-shipped orders may also arrive on or before the delivery date selected during checkout.
A missing update does not always mean the delivery has stopped. First, confirm which tracking method applies to your order.
Florist deliveries do not always provide continuous location updates. Check ProFlowers order-status form using your order number and the recipient’s last name. During busy holiday periods, real-time information may be limited or unavailable.
A courier tracking number may not show results immediately after a shipment confirmation is sent. The carrier may need time to receive the package and record its first scan.
Check that the tracking number was copied correctly and try again later. Ship24 also explains why a tracking number may not be recognized.
Residential florist deliveries can arrive as late as 8 p.m., or 9 p.m. during major holidays. If you received a delivery confirmation but the recipient has not received the arrangement, check whether the selected delivery date and delivery window are still in progress.
Contact ProFlowers if the delivery window has ended or the scheduled delivery date has passed without the order arriving.
ProFlowers offers florist-delivered flowers to more than 125 countries through its international service. International orders require additional lead time, and availability depends on the destination.
