Orthodox Depot sends standard, expedited, and international orders through USPS with tracking. Once a tracking number has been assigned to your shipment, you can use it to follow package movement and delivery updates.

| Shipping detail | Information |

You need the USPS tracking number assigned to your Orthodox Depot shipment. Once you have it, follow these steps:
You can also enter the number on USPS tracking to follow the shipment through Ship24.
Ship24 displays tracking events made available by the courier. These events may include when the shipment is accepted, processed at a facility, sent to another location, placed out for delivery, or marked as delivered.
Look for the tracking number in the order and shipping information sent for your purchase. You may also find shipment details after signing in to your Orthodox Depot customer account.
A tracking number is different from an order number. An order number identifies your purchase in the retailer’s system, while a USPS tracking number follows the physical package during delivery.
If you are unsure which number you have, review Ship24’s guide to tracking number and order number differences.
If you cannot locate a tracking number, email sales@orthodoxdepot.com with your order details and ask for help identifying the shipment.
Orthodox Depot lists two domestic USPS shipping options and also ships internationally.
| Shipping option | Estimated delivery time |
|---|---|
| Standard USPS Tracking | 4 to 8 days |
| Expedited USPS Tracking | 2 to 5 days |
| International shipping | Varies by destination |
These timeframes are delivery estimates rather than guarantees. Processing time, weekends, holidays, destination, and postal delays can affect when an order arrives.
International orders may also take longer than domestic shipments. Continue using the same tracking number to check available updates as the package moves toward its destination.
USPS tracking messages show different stages of the delivery process. Common statuses include:
| Tracking status | What it usually means |
|---|---|
| Label created | Shipment information has been submitted, but USPS may not have scanned the package yet. |
| Accepted | USPS has received or scanned the shipment. |
| In transit | Package is moving through the USPS delivery network. |
| Arrived at facility | Package has reached a USPS processing or distribution location. |
| Out for delivery | Package is with a local delivery carrier and may arrive that day. |
| Delivered | USPS has recorded the shipment as delivered. |
A label-created status does not necessarily mean the parcel is already moving. A tracking number can be generated before USPS completes its first physical scan.
A tracking number may take time to display its first event, especially when shipment information has recently been created.
Tracking may not update because:
Check each letter and number before searching again. Newly issued tracking numbers may need additional processing time before shipment events become visible.
For more troubleshooting steps, see why a tracking number is not recognized or review what to do when tracking is not updating.
Start by comparing the latest tracking event with the estimated shipping timeframe. Standard USPS shipping is listed at 4 to 8 days, while expedited shipping is listed at 2 to 5 days.
If the expected timeframe has passed:
If no tracking results appear at all, use Ship24’s parcel cannot be found guide to check common causes.
If USPS marks the package as delivered but you cannot find it, check around the delivery area, mailbox, entrance, reception desk, or another safe location. You can also ask household members or nearby neighbors whether they accepted it.
If the package is still missing, contact USPS and Orthodox Depot with the tracking number. You can also follow Ship24’s package delivered but not received guidance.
Inspect your Orthodox Depot order after it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact Orthodox Depot immediately and include photos that clearly show the issue.
Some products are not eligible for returns, including custom or personalized products, perishable goods, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards. Apparel and printed items also have specific exchange restrictions.
Contact sales@orthodoxdepot.com before returning an item so the store can review the issue and explain the available options.
