Status not available when tracking my package

The best way to have updates on where is your package is to choose when possible a registered shipping solution when buying online. It may be caused by the tracking number itself. Make sure that you have typed the correct number. Package information are not displayed in real time sometimes and can be displayed few days only after the parcels has been sent. At ship24 we recommend you to check again after 48hours, if the tracking number is not providing you event tracking results, you can contact the seller or the customer service for more information about your package.
