Parcel not found

"Not Found" means ship24 couldn’t find tracking information for that number.

My parcel is "Not found", what shall I do?

"Not Found" means we couldn’t find tracking information for that number.

If you think the tracking number is correct, contact the seller or the shipper (the retailer where you purchased your order) for a double check.

If the tracking number is correct, please wait for at least 1-2 days after the parcel(s) have been sent for tracking details to be available on Ship24.
