  • Registered Post / Express Parcel: Some scans may post with a delay; new items can appear only after the first handling event.

If no new scan appears, recheck after 24 hours.

Troubleshooting

“Invalid” or no result

  • Compare the code with your receipt—watch for look-alikes (O/0, I/1, B/8).
  • Remove spaces or extra characters; enter letters as printed.
  • Newly booked items can take time to show; try again later the same day.

No recent updates

  • Long inter-hub moves can pause scans for 24–48 hours.
  • For missed delivery, check for a reattempt or pick-up instruction.
  • If nothing changes for several days, contact support or open a case: Complaint Tracking.

Insurance, COD, and pickup

  • Insurance: Available for specific services and declared values; keep the receipt and any photos if filing a claim.
  • COD: Offered on select parcel routes for business use.
  • Pickup: Available in select locations for Speed Post/parcel bookings.

Check details at your local post office before booking.
