India Post article tracking lets you follow the delivery status of registered letters, insured items, Speed Post letters/parcels, EMS, and many e-commerce parcels using a tracking code.

An article is a mailable item accepted by India Post (letter, packet, or parcel) that can carry a tracking code. Here’s a quick view:

Common messages include “Item Booked”, “Item Received”, “Item Bagged”, “Dispatched to BO”, “Out for Delivery”, “Item Delivery Confirmed”, and for cross-border items, “Send receptacle abroad (OTB)” or “Received receptacle from abroad”.
You can use the same code when the article moves overseas. Updates may pause during export, air transit, or customs. After hand-off, delivery is usually continued by the destination postal service. Keep tracking on India Post and Ship24 with the same code.
