Yes. You can track your orders by entering the tracking number provided by the store or seller. For marketplace and merchant orders, visit the Shops directory to find the relevant tracking page and guidance. Note that your order number and tracking number are different. Your order number cannot be used to track your order on Ship24.

Ship24 supports global tracking for domestic and international deliveries, including cross-border transfers and local delivery updates. Tracking activity depends on carrier scans and customs processing, so there may be periods with no new updates.

Your tracking number is usually shown in the shipping confirmation email, the order details page, or the shipping notification from the seller. If you cannot find it, contact the seller and request the tracking number linked to your order.

Package tracking may not update when a package is moving between facilities, waiting for the next scan, transferred to another carrier, or processed by customs. If there is no update for several days or your parcel cannot be found, confirm the tracking number and check whether the seller has handed the package to the carrier.

Status names vary by carrier, but common examples include “In transit,” “Out for delivery,” and “Delivered.” “In transit” usually means the package is moving through the carrier network. “Out for delivery” typically means it is with the local delivery driver. “Delivered” indicates a delivery scan was recorded.
